- Chubby, etc. (applies to chibis only)
- Heavily neon/lime green
- Shaded refs, Extremely LQ refs, & Heavily watermarked refs.

I have the full right to block you if you do not adhere to these terms.

Commission Terms:
I WILL NOT refund you if YOU back out of your commission.
If for any reason I cannot finish your commission, you will be refunded.
If you file a chargeback for a commission, you will NOT be refunded, nor will your commission be finished.
ALL ART, REGARDLESS of how it was received retains it's proper value. see my comms prices for value, if it is an unlisted type, ask me. This includes but is not limited to art obtained via: Trades, Gifts, Artfight, and Artfight minigames.
ALL COMMS (Trade and Paid) ARE CLOSED AND WILL NOT BE WORKED ON DURING THE MONTH OF JULY. Commission in late June at your own risk.I consider my artwork as a currency. Art given as payment for characters will be treated as such. Characters traded for my artwork are allowed to be resold for the value of the artwork given. If you find this to be unacceptable don't accept my artwork as an exchange. I will not accept the devaluation of my work.
Trade clients: Fast turnaround time is prioritized over quality. You will always receive your work within 1 week (with the exception that i fall ill, etc.) WIP images will not be provided.
Paid clients: Quality is heavily prioritized to give you my absolute best work. Turnaround time may take up to several months due to this. i will always try to keep paid clients updated.Design/Adopt Terms:
Characters created by me may be sold/traded/gifted/etc. regardless of how you got them or how much they were bought for. This also includes characters received for free.
I do not monitor or track my sold designs in any way. You are completely welcome to private them.
Once a design is sold to you, i do not hold any legal right to tell you what to do with your own character. Do as you please, i do not care.
If you no longer want a character designed by me, you are welcome to return them. I may be willing to provide art in return. Toyhouse profile transfers should be sent to my friend 0utl4w. She will take care of anything TH related.
